Maintenance Analysis
 The ABT plant analysis report was designed to provide a way to do a complete inspection on the operations and performance of your plant. By having an analysis preformed on your plant you could possibly avoid costly break downs that could lead to serious down time before they happen, and help you pinpoint problem areas. A written report would be completed for you to keep in your records to use as a tool to make or schedule repairs before break downs happen and to make sure your maintenance program is covering everything it should be.
The report covers many operations of your plant, such as:
- An inspection of your entire pneumatic system
- An inspection of your weigh scales and weighing system
- An inspection on reducer oils to determine if a sample should sent in for review
- A reading of amps and volts on electrical components
- An inspection on gate and butterfly assemblies
- An inspection on mixer ring and pinion gears, tilt frame assembly and hydraulic system
- An inspection on the efficiency of your batch control
- An inspection of possible options that could be added to your plant to help improve plant efficiency
- An inspection on dust collectors
- An inspection on silo filter vents and pressure relief valves
- An inspection on the general condition of the plant

Plant Performance

We look at every aspect of the weigh up and discharge process in the batch control to ensure that there is no time being lost due to settings. Electrical Controls
ABT offers a full line of electrical controls custom built to fit your application, from fully automated material handling systems that automatically keeps your plant or bins full at all times, to pedestal controls that can be mounted at a drive over hopper for truck driver use. Also available are manual control panels for batchplants, conveyors, flop chutes, turn heads or any piece of equipment you want to operate with a manual station, or automatically. Control panels can be mounted in the batch house for controlled use or directly on the equipment it’s self for individual use. Radio remote control systems are also available to operate most pieces of equipment. Custom built controls are built by ATech Industrial Electronics and will be installed by one of their professionally trained technicians to ensure a trouble free operation.

Welding Services
ABT can offer a welding service in a joint venture with “The Welding Connection” owned and operated by certified welder Dalton Hebert. We can build new replacement components for your plant in our shop, such as weigh scales, hoppers, gates, bins and much more, or rebuild components in the field at your location with our mobile welding service for all types of welding repairs.
